Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dalam Pemberdayaan Sumber Daya Manusia di SD Djama’atul Ichwan Surakarta

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia selama ini, mendeskripsikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia selama ini dan mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang diinginkan anggota sekolah dalam pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia di Sekolah Dasar Djama’atul Ichwan Surakarta. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan desain etnografi. Tempat penelitian di Sekolah Dasar Djama’atul Ichwan Surakarta. Waktu penelitian mulai bulan Desember sampai Mei. Subjek penelitian Kepala Sekolah, Guru, Komite Sekolah dan Siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian (1) Pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia dengan cara mengikut sertakan Guru dalam penataran atau workshop dan juga membatasi Guru minimal berpendidikan S1 (2) Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang demokratis (3) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang memberikan kesejahteraan, masukan dan hukuman kepada anggota yang melakukan kesalahan.
