Pengaruh Dukungan Sosial dan Penggunaan Media Sosial terhadap Perilaku Pengelolaan Sampah Domestik

Pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga merupakan tantangan lingkungan yang membutuhkan pendekatan komunitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh dukungan sosial dan penggunaan media sosial terhadap perilaku pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga. Penelitian dirancang secara kuantitatif dan dilaksanakan di sembilan desa di Jawa Barat dan Jawa Timur yang merupakan lokasi program pendampingan pengelolaan sampah berbasis Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Responden berjumlah 245 orang, dipilih dengan metode sensus. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) dengan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap perilaku pengelolaan sampah (β = 0,483; p = 0,000), demikian pula penggunaan media sosial (β = 0,225; p = 0,008). Model menjelaskan 45,2% variansi perilaku pengelolaan sampah (R² = 0,452). Dukungan sosial memberikan effect size yang lebih besar (f² = 0,173) dibandingkan media sosial (f² = 0,038). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan jejaring sosial dan pemanfaatan media digital dalam mendorong transformasi perilaku pengelolaan sampah di tingkat rumah tangga.
