Implementasi Project Based Learning untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Berpikir Kreatif Mahasiswa dengan Lesson Study

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa dengan menerapkan project based learning melalui lesson study. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas melalui lesson study dengan 3 open class dengan tahapan plan, do dan see dengan subjek berjumlah 32 mahasiswa program studi pendidikan biologi Universitas Hamzanwadi. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini meliputi lembar observasi yang digunakan untuk mengukur aktivitas mahasiswa selama pembelajaran dan tes kemampuan berpikir kreatif yang digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa setelah pembelajaran. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa skor aktivitas mahasiswa selama proses pembelajaran dari open class pertama, kedua dan ketiga sebesar 73,62%, 80,09% dan 84,72% terjadi peningkatan aktivitas rata-rata sebesar 5,56%. Data skor kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa selama open class diperoleh masing-masing sebesar 75%, 81,25% dan 93,75% atau meningkat rata-rata sebesar 9,38%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek melalui lesson study dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa. Implementasi PjBL melalui lesson study dalam pembelajaran diyakini dapat meningkatkan profesionalisme dosen dan mengajarkan pentingnya bagaimana bekerja sama dengan dosen mitra untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran tertentu sehingga penerapan pembelajaran PjBL melalui lesson study perlu dilakukan disemua jenjang pendidikan mulai dari Sekolah Dasar hingga Perguruan Tinggi.
