Abstract

Tantangan implementasi STEAM di sekolah pada materi pemanasan global salah satunya adalah waktu, alat dan bahan, serta kreatifitas guru, sedangkan kurikulum merdeka menuntut adanya produk yang dihasilkan dari pendalaman konsep materi belajar siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kebutuhan guru terhadap e module berbasis STEAM untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan keterampilan proses sains siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, data dikumpulkan menggunakan lembar kuesioner campuran dengan 20 pertanyaan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 14 guru IPA dari sekolah kepesisiran Situbondo yang dipilih secara acak. Berdasarkan hasil peneltian 28.6% guru IPA sangat setuju dan 71.4% setuju terhadap pengembangan e module berbasis STEAM dan kurikulum merdeka untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dan keterampilan proses sains siswa. Simpulannya adalah guru membutuhkan pengembangan e module berbasis STEAM dan kurikulum merdeka yang mudah dipahami, mudah digunakan, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dan keterampilan proses sains siswa yang dapat digunakan untuk guru dan siswa.
