Peran Psikologi Olahraga dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Atlet Bulutangkis
Abstract
Bulutangkis adalah olahraga populer di Indonesia dan dunia yang kinerjanya dipengaruhi oleh aspek fisik, teknik, dan psikologis. Psikologi olahraga, seperti motivasi, konsentrasi, dan manajemen stres, berperan penting dalam membantu atlet mengatasi tantangan di lapangan dan meningkatkan performa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peran psikologi olahraga dalam meningkatkan kinerja atlet bulutangkis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review untuk mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber yang relevan dengan topik psikologi olahraga dan kinerja atlet bulutangkis. Referensi yang dipilih berasal dari jurnal nasional dan internasional yang terbit dalam 5 tahun terakhir. Dari 50 referensi awal, 25 referensi diseleksi berdasarkan relevansi, kredibilitas, dan kontribusi teoritis terhadap analisis penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa psikologi olahraga berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja atlet bulutangkis melalui manajemen stres, motivasi, dan pengembangan kepercayaan diri. Teknik seperti relaksasi dan visualisasi membantu atlet mengelola tekanan kompetisi dan meningkatkan performa di lapangan. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang peran psikologi olahraga dalam meningkatkan kinerja atlet bulutangkis, khususnya dalam manajemen stres, motivasi, dan kepercayaan diri. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi pelatih dan atlet untuk mengimplementasikan teknik psikologis yang efektif dalam persiapan kompetisi.
