Bentuk Pembelajaran Kolaboratif Berbasis Kemitraan Family-School dalam PJOK di Sekolah Dasar: Systematic Literature Review

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan menyintesis berbagai bentuk pembelajaran kolaboratif berbasis kemitraan family-school dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) di sekolah dasar. Penelitian menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengacu pada pedoman PRISMA 2020. Pencarian artikel dilakukan melalui Google Scholar menggunakan aplikasi Publish or Perish pada rentang tahun 2016–2026. Berdasarkan proses seleksi sesuai kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, diperoleh 18 artikel yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa kemitraan family-school dalam PJOK diimplementasikan melalui tiga pola utama, yaitu keterlibatan langsung orang tua dalam aktivitas fisik, komunikasi kolaboratif antara guru dan orang tua, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk pemantauan dan pendampingan aktivitas gerak siswa. Kemitraan tersebut terbukti berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan literasi fisik, kompetensi motorik, motivasi belajar, kesejahteraan emosional, dan dukungan terhadap prestasi akademik siswa. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan pembelajaran PJOK di sekolah dasar memerlukan sinergi yang terstruktur antara sekolah dan keluarga untuk mendukung perkembangan peserta didik secara holistik.
