Efektivitas Pembelajaran PJOK Berbasis Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) terhadap Keterampilan Gerak Dasar Siswa Sekolah Dasar

Perbedaan kemampuan gerak dasar siswa sekolah dasar menuntut pendekatan pembelajaran PJOK yang adaptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas pembelajaran PJOK berbasis Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) melalui permainan bola voli mini terhadap keterampilan gerak dasar siswa. Penelitian kuantitatif quasi-experimental (nonequivalent control group design) ini melibatkan 56 siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Mulyoagung yang terbagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen (n = 28) dan kontrol (n = 28) selama 8 minggu. Instrumen mengukur aspek lokomotor, manipulatif, dan stabilitas. Uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk menunjukkan seluruh data berdistribusi normal (p > 0,05). Hasil statistik deskriptif menunjukkan peningkatan rerata kelompok eksperimen dari pre-test 18,14 (SD = 4,54) ke post-test 28,82 (SD = 2,31), lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (pre-test 19,18; SD = 4,59 ke post-test 21,79; SD = 4,25). Uji Mixed ANOVA mengonfirmasi adanya interaksi signifikan antara waktu dan kelompok (F = 172,944; p < 0,001; Partial = 0,762). Dengan demikian, pendekatan TaRL efektif sebagai alternatif strategi pembelajaran PJOK yang adaptif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan gerak dasar siswa sekolah dasar.
