Perbedaan Performa Linear Sprint dan Reactive Sprint Berdasarkan Posisi Perimeter dan Post Players Atlet Bola Basket Universitas

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan performa Linear Sprint dan Reactive Sprint berdasarkan kelompok posisi bermain pada atlet BKMF Bola Basket Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan dan Kesehatan Universitas Negeri Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain komparatif (comparative cross-sectional study). Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 35 atlet yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, meliputi 20 Perimeter Players dan 15 Post Players. Performa sprint diukur menggunakan Linear Sprint Test dan Reactive Sprint Test pada jarak 5 meter dan 10 meter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perimeter Players memiliki performa sprint yang lebih baik dibandingkan Post Players pada seluruh variabel pengukuran. Rerata waktu Linear Sprint 5 m pada Perimeter Players dan Post Players masing-masing sebesar 1,17 ± 0,05 detik dan 1,24 ± 0,06 detik, sedangkan rerata Reactive Sprint 5 m sebesar 1,34 ± 0,07 detik dan 1,45 ± 0,08 detik. Selain itu, waktu tempuh Reactive Sprint secara signifikan lebih lama dibandingkan Linear Sprint. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan berdasarkan posisi bermain (F = 18,642; p < 0,001; η² = 0,361), jenis sprint (F = 126,315; p < 0,001; η² = 0,793), serta interaksi antara posisi bermain dan jenis sprint (F = 5,274; p = 0,028; η² = 0,138). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik posisi bermain berpengaruh terhadap performa sprint, terutama pada kondisi yang melibatkan respons terhadap stimulus visual. Oleh karena itu, evaluasi dan program latihan kecepatan pada atlet bola basket perlu mengintegrasikan pengukuran Linear Sprint dan Reactive Sprint agar lebih sesuai dengan tuntutan permainan.
