Hubungan Gender dan Self-efficacy dalam Pembelajaran Fisika SMA: Sebuah Systematic Literature Review

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara gender dan Self-efficacy dalam pembelajaran fisika pada jenjang SMA melalui pendekatan systematic literature review. Kajian dilakukan dengan mengacu pada pedoman PRISMA 2020 menggunakan sumber data dari Scopus, ERIC, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, IEEE Xplore, dan Google Scholar. Sebanyak 10 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dianalisis secara mendalam. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik perempuan cenderung memiliki Self-efficacy lebih rendah dibandingkan laki-laki dalam pembelajaran fisika, meskipun kemampuan akademiknya relatif setara. Faktor penyebab meliputi stereotip gender, kurangnya role model perempuan di bidang fisika, serta lingkungan belajar yang kurang inklusif. Namun, beberapa penelitian di konteks Asia, termasuk Indonesia, menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran aktif dan kolaboratif mampu mengurangi kesenjangan tersebut. Selain itu, pendekatan Elicit Confront Resolve (ECR) dinilai berpotensi meningkatkan Self-efficacy peserta didik melalui pengalaman belajar yang lebih bermakna dan konstruktif. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya desain pembelajaran fisika yang inklusif dan responsif gender.
